Every project ships with full documentation: wiring diagrams, device list, scene logic, your custom automations. If you ever change installer, the new one finds the manual.

Most of our luxury villa work is for clients who spend 9-10 months a year outside Spain and want their Costa Brava house to be ready when they arrive and safe when they leave.
That changes how we design:
- Arrival mode: one button (or auto-trigger from your flight) that pre-cools the house, fills the pool top-up, opens blinds and turns on the entrance lights as you arrive.
- Vacant mode: random lighting patterns to simulate occupancy, leak and frost detection, security armed by default, fridge temperature alerts to your phone.
- Caretaker access: separate fingerprint or app credentials for the cleaner, the gardener, the pool maintenance, with logs of who entered when.
- Real-time visibility: cameras, energy consumption and alarms accessible from anywhere via Home Assistant Cloud (we don't expose your local network directly).
The luxury villa stack.
Per-room: motorised blinds, dimmable scene lighting, climate control by zone, audio in living areas. Whole-house: alarm grade 2 or 3, perimeter CCTV with NVR independent of internet, smart entry (fingerprint + RFID + app), garage and gate automation, water leak sensors in bathrooms and kitchen, frost protection on outdoor pipes, surge protection on the main panel.
Optional layer: voice control (local or cloud), EV charger integration, solar inverter monitoring, irrigation control. We tell you honestly which integrations are mature and which are still a beta in disguise.

The first step is always a free on-site visit. We come to your villa, walk through every room, look at the wiring closet, photograph what's already there, and listen to how you actually live in the house. You get a documented written proposal a few days later, with brands, devices, scope, timeline and price ranges.
If you're not in Spain right now, we run the visit via video call with your caretaker or property manager.
