How a project actually runs.
Seven honest steps from first call to a system that still works in ten years. No hidden surcharges, no 'oh and the configuration is extra'.
Same path, every customer.
First call or WhatsApp
You tell us what you have and what you want. Five minutes, no commitment. If your project is way out of scope (we don't do industrial PLCs, for example), we say so on the call and recommend someone.
Free on-site visit
Toni or one of the team comes to your house, second home or premises. We measure, photograph the wiring closet, and listen. If you're abroad, we run it via video call with a local contact.
Written proposal
Documented, line-by-line. Brands, devices, what's in scope, what isn't. A real timeline. No 'project budget for everything' that explodes later.
Install
Two to five weeks depending on size. We coordinate with your electrician, builder and architect — we know most of them already if you're on the Costa Brava.
Configuration and tuning
Lighting scenes, schedules, climate logic, automations — all configured to how YOUR family or staff actually live. Not factory defaults.
Real training
One to two sessions in person (or remote in English/Spanish/Catalan) where you actually use the system with us watching. We leave you a written cheat-sheet.
Ongoing support, ten years
Same person picks up the phone in 2035. Remote diagnosis when possible, on-site visit when needed. Brands chosen so spare parts still exist.
