Below is a sample of the work we deliver in the Costa Brava — villas, second homes and hospitality. We name customers when they let us; we don't show staged renderings of jobs that don't exist.
Restaurant La Plaça · Lloret de Mar
A five-location restaurant chain in the Costa Brava, integrated under one roof. Per-site Loxone (lighting scenes, climate, blinds, fingerprint access, fridge supervision) and Home Assistant as the global supervision layer across all five sites. One interface, five operations.
Music is treated as an operational tool, not background filler. CCTV is fully Hikvision with NVR independent of the internet. Access is by fingerprint with five permission levels, so kitchen staff and managers don't share the same keys.
Three families of project.
Premium primary or second home
Lighting scenes, climate, blinds, security, audio and access — usually Loxone integral, sometimes KNX with Loxone scenes on top. Designed to last 10+ years.
Restaurants and small hotels
Multi-site supervision, fingerprint access, fridge alarms, integrated CCTV. Home Assistant as the brain because it talks to everything.
No-construction smart home
Already-finished homes where you don't want to break walls. Z-Wave, Zigbee, Loxone Air and module-behind-the-switch retrofits.
